The Project Coordinator is a pivotal role within our Fibre Delivery team, bridging project execution, fibre design, and administrative management. This is not a standard coordination role — it is designed for someone who can think strategically, work hands-on with technical teams, and contribute to shaping the way fibre projects are delivered. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating projects, supporting fibre design, producing meaningful reports, and streamlining administrative processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day fibre delivery activities, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with design, construction, and field teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support fibre design activities: preliminary layouts, design reviews, and documentation.
  • Develop project dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Analyse performance metrics (cost, time, quality) and recommend improvements.
  • Manage project documentation, permits, work orders, and compliance records.
  • Support procurement, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and delivery efficiency.

Perform other tasks as required, not limited to the above.
