Community Management & External Recruitment

  • Build and nurture relationships with candidate communities and industry networks to attract top talent.
  • Source and engage candidates from various platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals) and screen them for suitability.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and manage communication with external candidates.

Project Coordination

  • Maintain project timelines, manage deliverables, track tasks, and monitor resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among internal teams, external contacts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Organize project meetings, produce agendas and minutes, and act on follow-up actions.

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure deliverables adhere to predefined quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and audits; document findings and collaborate with project teams to resolve deviations or issues.
  • Ensure that all project outputs meet stakeholder expectations and follow company guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3 years in project coordination, recruitment or similar roles.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational abilities with experience using PM tools (Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Quality Focus: Solid understanding of QA processes—able to define, monitor, audit, and act on quality standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with confidence in liaising across stakeholder groups.
  • Community Engagement: Comfortable fostering relationships within external talent pools and candidate communities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
