Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Summary:

As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities.

Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.

Track and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.

Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Proficiency in Delivery Operations Control.

Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

Knowledge of risk management and issue resolution techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control.

This position is based at our Cebu office.
