Project-Based Talent Acquisition/Onboarding and Compliance Associate-Active Pool

Duties:

• Ensures compliance of new hires to pre-employment requirements through education and consistent reminders.
• Assists new hires in getting pre-employments that require internet access which includes but not limited to NBI clearance, Philhealth, Tax ID, SSS, Pag-Ibig Number.
• Collects and files the submitted pre-employment requirements for HRIS submission.
• Reviews, collects and sends the submitted new hire background verification forms.
• Monitors and files the completion results for background investigation.
• Ensures new hire’s completion of pre-employment medical examinations.
• Prepares reports to show submission/completion rates.
• Regularly meets with recruitment operations to provide direction on who to endorse to training based on the completion rates (As applicable to specific program requirements).
• Regularly meets with HRIS on the completion of transmitted pre-employment requirement documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes would be an advantage
• With internship experience in recruitment in a call center industry is preferred
• Must be amenable to work in VXI Clark, located at SM Clark, Angeles, Pampanga
• Must be flexible in working in rotating shifts (morning/mid)
