Project and Business Development Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Projects and Business Development Specialist supports the planning and execution of technical projects, including AOG recovery, new line maintenance station setup, aircraft maintenance capability expansion, technical vendor selection, etc. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success while maintaining high operational and regulatory standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the management of business-related projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in line with project objectives.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of AOG recovery operations to ensure timely aircraft return to service.
• Support the establishment and operational setup of new line maintenance stations.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new aircraft maintenance capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation and management of technical contracts, including documentation and compliance tracking.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of vendors for technical services and projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to support business growth strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations to update management on project progress and key findings.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all technical projects.
• Work closely with the cross-functional team to ensure that all business development efforts are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Assist in ensuring that all projects have the necessary resources to be completed successfully.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, project support, or a related area.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulatory requirements, and MRO operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in business research and data analysis.
