Your Role:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage resources; oversee project execution to ensure delivery stays on track.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across different locations to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Business Alignment: Ensure deliverables are aligned with the overall business strategy and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks that could impact project success.
• Process and Requirements Documentation: Gather and document business requirements to support the delivery and improvement of key activities.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, analyse performance metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources, including people, time, and budget
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience supporting BPO transition.
• Qualifications in Quality Assurance and Learning.
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Experience in business analysis and process modelling, including technical requirements and data mapping activities.
• Negotiation skills with users, technical staff, and subject matter experts to achieve desired outcomes.
• Quality communication skills, including negotiation and problem resolution, to achieve solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective communications across programs and multiple stakeholders through expert guidance, support, and feedback to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements.
• Project management and delivery skills with a background in BPO establishment, delivery, and improvement
