Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs and projects. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are met while collaborating with various teams to drive project success and address any challenges that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management software and tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and report findings. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
