We are looking for a WordPress Developer – Cebu, Philippines

We are currently seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. If you enjoy building custom websites without using page builders and want to work on meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in building WordPress websites without using page builders.
• You write clean, well-structured, and efficient PHP code.
• You can work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
• You are comfortable working in English (minimum B2 level – reading documentation and team communication).
• You have experience managing your workload independently.
• You are a creative problem solver and can think independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing WordPress websites using custom code (no builders).
• Creating and editing custom themes and plugins following best practices.
• Optimizing websites for performance, SEO, and UX/UI.
• Working with MySQL databases – query optimization and data migrations.
• Integrating with third-party APIs (e.g. payment systems, ERP, CRM).
• Debugging code and resolving technical issues.
• Writing secure, high-quality code in line with current standards.
• Collaborating with the project team (PMs, designers, testers, marketers).
• Maintaining existing projects and implementing new features.
• Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with the team.
