This position is responsible for engaging the BPI Credit Card customers at various life stages through the negotiation of appropriate and attractive incentives, offers and programs that would optimize revenue, increase customer engagement and build CCL. The proposed programs will be formulated from research, data analytics and mining, competitive market analysis and sound insights to translate into hardworking and effective strategies that would increase product penetration and build customer base resulting into the achievement of profitability of the assigned set of ULCG portfolio.

- Understands the needs/wants of the various customer segments, monitors competitive activity, and identifies new trends and opportunities to provide more compelling and differentiating programs and campaigns that will encourage cardholders to increase availment of Cash Products
- Manages resources, budgets and personnel by prioritizing initiatives and programs to deliver maximum results
- Works closely with Business Analytics and MIS to develop strong MIS for performance monitoring versus targets on a regular basis
- Supervises and works closely with Technology Strategies Section and ISG to plan, develop and implement the various planned marketing programs and projects
- Trains and mentors the team through regular on-the-job coaching and formal training programs
- Manages and organizes team to achieve optimum performance, including assignments of projects/programs, hiring of new and replacement officers/staff, promotions and job rotations
- Ensures compliance to regulations and business policies
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Risk Management
- Knowledge in credit cards, portfolio actions, customer lifecycle management, and product management
- Skills in people management and analytics
