How You’ll Make An Impact
The Project Coordinator will support the Program Manager in the day-to-day delivery and governance of the NBCCI program. You will coordinate schedules, dependencies, and reporting across product teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role ensures that decisions, actions, risks, and changes are effectively captured, tracked, and closed driving smooth program execution and timely delivery.

The Project Coordinator will support the Program Manager in the day-to-day delivery and governance of the NBCCI program. You will coordinate schedules, dependencies, and reporting across product teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role ensures that decisions, actions, risks, and changes are effectively captured, tracked, and closed driving smooth program execution and timely delivery.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Maintain the integrated project plan, calendar, and milestone tracker; update dependencies and critical paths.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, notes, and action logs for stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and steering committees.
- Produce weekly status reports (scope/schedule/cost/risks), dashboards, and steering committee.
- Own and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring timely follow-ups on owners and due dates.
- Maintain documentation hygiene in Jira and Confluence — including decisions, change requests, designs, and test evidence.
- Act as the coordination hub between the Program Manager, Business Units, Product Managers, and vendors.
- Track and communicate key decisions, blockers, and outcomes; escalate as required in line with agreed thresholds.
- Facilitate regular risk and issue reviews, maintaining up-to-date mitigation and contingency plans.
- Support the change control process, including impact assessments, approval tracking, and communications.
- Assist in tracking purchase orders, statements of work, timesheets, and actuals versus budget.
- Coordinate vendor deliverables, SLAs, and dependencies as delegated by the Program Manager.
- Ensure complete evidence for testing (SIT/UAT), security reviews, data privacy checks, and audit trails.
- Liaise with InfoSec and Architecture teams to ensure standards compliance and necessary approvals.
- Keep Jira boards, Confluence pages, and reporting spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
- Develop lightweight trackers and dashboards for schedule, RAID, and KPI visibility.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or PMO within software, data, or IT programs.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar), along with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to Power BI or Smartsheet is an advantage.
- B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software/Computer Engineering, or a Business/Commerce degree with technology electives.
- Coordinating UAT, business readiness, and release cutovers.
- Tracking vendor SOWs, purchase orders, and basic financials.
