Key Responsibilities

Program Management:
- Develop and implement program plans in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the success of program objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including government agencies, implementing partners, and community-based organizations.
- Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and conferences as needed.
- Conduct or coordinate research activities to inform program design and decision-making.
- Identify innovative approaches to address emerging challenges and leverage technology for program effectiveness.
- Align program strategies with organizational policies and UNFPA principles.
- Promote strategic alignment of human resource practices within the program.
- Mentor and support staff to develop skills and competencies aligned with program needs.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure program documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
