Role Overview
This role combines administrative support for three key area: Digital Marketing, Corporate Memberships and EPA Health Program. The position ensures smooth operations, efficient communication, within established frameworks while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
- Support ongoing marketing activities
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for programs and campaigns.
- Manage new enquiries:
- Monitor and respond to enquiry forms submitted via the corporate inbox.
- Send program information booklet (automation in progress).
- Handle client communication:
- Answer questions and confirm membership tier selection.
- Escalate requests outside the framework to the AU team.
- Process documentation:
- Send term sheets for signature.
- Issue invoices for admin fees.
- Provide unique promo codes and promotional toolkits to companies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to promo codes or non-participating clubs.
- Generate and share participation reports upon request.
- Coordinate onboarding for veterans through EPA Health:
- Receive client details and preferred club via EPA form.
- Liaise with clubs to confirm participation and process.
- Notify EPA to proceed and ensure member sign-up.
- Ensure correct use of EPA Health promo codes during sign-up.
- Oversee invoicing via Debit Success in collaboration with Mai.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and automation opportunities as the program evolves.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
