What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams (Design, Development, Content and Quality Control)
  • Provide clients with regular project updates, timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow between all project stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve minor project issues and escalate complex problems to the right departments/teams as needed.
  • Abides all processes and guidelines directed by the department head and other departments.


Project Planning & Setup

  • Assist clients in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Set up and maintain project management tools ensuring all tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly documented.
  • Collaborate with the resources (designers, developers, copywriters) assigned to projects.


Monitoring & Control

  • Track project progress against timelines, identifying potential delays or roadblocks.
  • Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
  • Assist in managing project requirements and change requests, assessing their impact on scope and timeline.


Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, assets, communications, and client feedback.
  • Assist in preparing project closure documentation.


Client Relationship Support

  • Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Organize and track client feedback, ensuring it's effectively communicated to the design and development teams.


Who You Are

Experiences:

  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a BPO setup.
  • Must be knowledgeable in using CRM, and proficient with Microsoft 365 Tools.
  • Familiarity with project management, website development, web design and internet technology are a bonus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Wix, or similar, is a bonus.


Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
