We are seeking experienced and motivated professional recruiters to join our team, specializing in US recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs.
Job Description
- Excellent communication skills.
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in US staffing (end to end recruitment)
- Experience working with US citizens and green cards.
- Experience working with direct clients/W-2 tax terms.
- Experience working in an MSP/VMS environment.
- Hands-on working experience on Non-IT Business professional requirements like HR roles, Marketing, functional Project Manager, functional Business Analyst, accounting/Financial, Supply Chain/Procurement positions, etc.
- Active listener, attention to detail, and a team player.
- Someone flexible to work in PST (not required, optional).
- Experience working with Canadian requirements/clients is nice but not required.
