Major Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key prospects, understand industry trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and address the specific needs of healthcare clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain Management, and Finance, to ensure alignment of sales efforts and effective customer engagement. Develop and provide monthly sales forecasts, efficiently process purchase orders, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of sales forecasts and achieve customer service satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with healthcare clients to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting their unique requirements.
- Stay abreast of changes and developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, competitive activities, and emerging trends, to shape sales strategies and initiatives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software, providing regular updates and reports to sales management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business activities, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within healthcare organizations.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities in the healthcare market.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for customer meetings, sales presentations, and industry events, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare sales.
