As a Professional Hospital Representative (Avitum Dialysis) at B. Braun you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products / services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals across Cavite & Upper Cavite region.
Your key responsibilities:

As a Professional Hospital Representative (Avitum Dialysis) at B. Braun you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products / services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals across Cavite & Upper Cavite region.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate strong sales motivation by actively pursuing new clients and consistently aiming to exceed performance targets.
- Leverage deep customer insights to identify prospects, understand client challenges, and align solutions with their organizational needs.
- Maintain a precise customer database to support targeted sales strategies and ensure alignment with healthcare client objectives.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and communicate complex information clearly across various channels to engage healthcare clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts, share insights, and ensure inclusive decision-making for enhanced customer engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with healthcare clients to maximize profitability while meeting their specific needs and maintaining high performance standards.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies, drive innovation, and discard ineffective practices.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM usage, while collaborating with finance to manage overdue payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Commit to continuous learning and ethical conduct, participating in training, seeking feedback, and upholding company values and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
