Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

Prior experience in manufacturing and supply chain in areas of operational excellence, digital and analytical used cases, Industry 4.0

Good understanding of IT-OT architecture including overall ISA 95, data lakes, plant automation, plant network, security protocols and industry standards

Bring your industry experience

Experience of working in any of the following industries – Lifesciences, Pharma, Medical devices, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment and deep understanding of detailed business processes, concepts of manufacturing IT and impact of digital on manufacturing

Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements, preferably in a global network

Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members

Excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling and delivering high-quality engagement

Key responsibilities include:

Project Delivery:

Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas, design solutions, and facilitate deployment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with demonstrated commitment to quality client service

Practice Development:

Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings

Your experience counts!

Graduation in Engineering/Tech from a renowned institute

At least 5+ years of industry / consulting experience with 2-3 years of proven experience in leading large-scale digital manufacturing strategy & implementation projects in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Hi-Tech, Chemical companies (any one of these)

Strong functional knowledge of consumer manufacturing value chain with ability to identify and quantify business cases impacting the P&L for manufacturing plus supply chain use cases

Hands on experience in Industry 4.0 technologies: Internet of Things, AR/VR, Edge Analytics, Blockchain, Manufacturing Control Tower, AGVs, 3D Printing, Computer vision, APS, Robotics, etc.

Delivered technology guidance, provided support on POC’s (Proof-of-Concepts), performed enterprise portfolio assessments, industry best practices review and technology leadership workshops.

End to End experience of implementing smart manufacturing solution on IOT Platforms like (Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC etc.) is preferred

This individual must be comfortable working and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

Strong communication skills to be able to work with clients at all levels of the organization – from the shop floor to the board room

Certifications of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Advance analytics, Agile certification will be an added advantage
