Production Supervisor

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising

job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems,

policies, and procedures

About The Job

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, as well as developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintains and monitors workflows and instructions
• Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries
• Implements Operations standards
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA Activities in the Department
• Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed
• Coordinates with the cross-functional team to ensure timely manufacturing to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate manpower and material resources to meet the weekly production schedule
• Updates tracking tools so that cross-functional teams can identify the readiness of other areas
  
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree required at a minimum, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
