Production Planning Specialist (SJDM, Bulacan)

Responsibilities
Work Schedule/Set-up
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Maintain records of production plans, capacity utilization, and inventory.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Monday – Friday / Day shift
