Production Planning Specialist (SJDM, Bulacan)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or changes in demand.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain records of production plans, capacity utilization, and inventory.
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Work Schedule/Set-up

  • Monday – Friday / Day shift
  • Office and plant-based role with regular coordination across departments.
