Duties And Responsibilities
Generate daily production plan according to the following;
MPS
WIP
SMI
Pending orders
Dispatch plan
Material availability
Generate weekly and daily production plan as reference for Production Scheduling.
Check and countersign production schedule as per production basis in terms of manning and machine capacity requirement.
Work with the manufacturing process owner to establish and regularly track the production performance in terms of;
production time compliance (input & output / time start & time end)
Actual Output vs. Planned Output
Ensure that plant operational issues related to Planning will be addressed promptly and shall notify the top management if there are issues the beyond the team can decide.
