Reporting under the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator is responsible with operating and maintaining assigned machine/s, covering activities from start-up to shutdown, in compliance with standard operating procedures and respective work instructions. The Production Operator implements practices, systems, and action items relevant to occupational safety, quality and maintenance of the unit operations and processes. The Production Operator conducts quality check of the product & the processes, implement cost & process improvements, and participates in preventive maintenance of the machine/s.

• 1. Operate and maintain the machine based on the applicable standard operating procedures, work instructions, and machine manuals, following standards and systems including, but not limited to, safety, product & process quality, and preventive & corrective maintenance.
• 2. Conduct basic equipment care (BEC), cleaning & sanitation activities, and machine preparation based on start-up, shutdown and cleaning procedures.
• 3. Conduct inspection and sampling activities, and coordinate with the Production Supervisor non-conformances based on product & process indices, BEC checklists, hazard & risk assessments, and other standards & systems implemented.
• 4. Ensure implementation of policies and standards related, but not limited to, EHS Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Good Manufacturing Practices, QMS, HACCP, and HALAL; and as in the case may be, form part of the Internal Audit team and ensure compliance on established management systems mentioned.
• 5. Accomplish production reports, inventory reports, and/or production monitoring sheets; and attend turnover activities.
