Statement of Duties:
- Ensures the specified/exact recipe or formulation.
- Reports any problem especially about the quality of raw materials and if there is a spoiled mix.
- Ensures enough stock of raw materials needed. Verify issued quantity based on Requisition slip.
- Accurately fills up Daily Mix Report, Inventory of Raw Materials and Material/ Equipment Turnover Checklist.
- Ensures that GMP’s and SSOPs are in place in the mixing room on a regular basis.
- Manages and properly weighs excess raw materials (especially flour) for return to Warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in any field.
- With or without experience
- Impressive attitude in observing company standards, policies and system.
