Production Manager

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT 

• Responsible for all organizational and operational aspects of production such as, but not limited to: 
• Shoot planning and coordination 
• Lead preparations and initiate all pre, production, and post-production related meetings/tasks 
• Source external suppliers, seek internal clearances 
• Traffic projects and coordinate with team leads regarding assignments 
• Manage budgets 
• Monitor and manage the progress of all projected and ongoing productions 
• Collaborate closely with internal clients to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content 
• Develop and manage production timelines

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Build and manage the database of production vendors, establishing favorable rates for both the company and supplier 

• With at least 3-4 years of work experience in production, research, and editing
• Should be able to manage multiple projects
• Has excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Has excellent communication skills 
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
