The Production Crew is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining assigned machines and equipment in compliance with manufacturer handling instructions.

The Production Crew is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining assigned machines and equipment in compliance with manufacturer handling instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Report machine breakdowns and issues beyond personal capacity to APM for proper referral to EMD technicians or manufacturer after-sales support.
- Inspect raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
- Monitor and ensure that equipment operates correctly by utilizing machine monitors and gauges.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines according to standard procedures and handling instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine problems immediately to ensure continuous production.
- Perform necessary start-up and shut-down activities on equipment.
- Carry out periodic cleaning of equipment and machines as required.
- Document downtime and repairs needed during production.
- Submit turnover documentation to APM at the end of the shift for proper recording and reporting.
- Operate machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Clean equipment and work areas at the end of each shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Mechatronics or any related course
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a similar industry is an advantage
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu (Full Onsite)
