Position Summary
The Production Assistant is a vital support role within the Production Design Team. Responsible for aiding in the creation and development of visual elements for diverse deliverables, this position requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in design software. Designed as an entry-level role, it provides a valuable opportunity for individuals to learn best practices, enhance proficiency in design software, and actively contribute to our globally-connected creative community.
Role Focus
The Production Assistant is an entry-level support role in the Production Design Team, emphasizing the creation and development of visual elements, offering individuals an opportunity to learn best practices and contribute to a globally-connected creative community.
Duties And Accountabilities1
¨ Produce print and digital marketing collaterals following established processes and templates, ensuring that the design aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and adheres to client instructions.
¨ Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
¨ Communicate with and respond to project requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
¨ Adhere to established work processes, ensuring compliance with brand and visual identity guidelines.
¨ Review and proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to established standards.
¨ Maintain consistent file management standards for organizing and storing working files.
