Production Artist

About the role

White & Case Global Operations Center Manila is seeking a talented Production Artist to join our dynamic Creatives team. As a full-time Production Artist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Production Design Team, helping to create and develop visual elements for a variety of deliverables. This role offers a valuable opportunity for individuals to improve their design skills, contribute to creative projects, and become part of a globally-connected team.

What you'll be doing

• Design Creation: Produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, social media graphics, banners, etc.) while ensuring they follow established templates, brand guidelines, and client instructions.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Client Communication: Respond to project requests professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring clear communication and understanding of design requirements.
• Quality Control: Review and proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications and visual identity standards.
• File Management: Organize and store design files following company standards to ensure easy access and version control.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role
• Fresh graduates with passion for design and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for creating visually engaging and impactful designs
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation
• Amenable to shifting schedule (Night, Mid and Day) and hybrid work set-up (at least 2x per week onsite)
