Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain production schedules and ensure that they are aligned with

customer demand.

  • Communicate with various departments, including purchasing, engineering,

production and sales to ensure that production are on schedule and meet requirements.

  • Resolve schedule conflicts and adjust production schedule if needed.
  • Monitor production metrics such as efficiency and utilization.
  • Monitors daily output and inventory of stocks
  • Determine material, tools, equipment and manpower requirement.
  • Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given

demand/requirements

  • Execute delivery plans, monitor and update the delivery status.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering or similar field.

  • With strong analytical and good in problem solving
  • With strong communication skills both oral and written
