- Maintain up-to-date documentation of support processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product, including its features, functionality, and common issues.
- Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and changes to provide relevant support.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development and quality assurance teams to relay customer feedback and product issues.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss product performance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel
