Product Support Intern Position Description

The Product Support Intern plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at GoTeam by providing technical support and assistance for our products. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn about product support while contributing to the successful implementation and optimization of our services. The intern will work closely with the product management team to ensure that customer needs are met and that product information is accurately communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance for software products.
• Document issues and bugs reported by users and communicate them to the development team.
• Assist in user training and onboarding, ensuring clients understand software functionality.
• Track and analyze support requests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to escalate unresolved issues effectively.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in an Internship or OJT subject
• Minimum of 300 internship hours
• Basic understanding of product support, customer service, or technical support processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
