Primary Responsibilities:

• Gathers business requirements by coordinating with cross-functional teams like Ancillary, Revenue Management, Pricing, Treasury, and IT.
• Analyzes customer needs using surveys, complaints, market/user research, and analytics to enhance digital experiences.
• Collaborates with UX/UI teams to drive digital transformation and improve user experience.
• Works with technical teams (e.g., architects, developers, project managers) to design and deliver new features.
• Creates and manages user stories, ensuring they meet business needs and usability standards.
• Plans and maintains product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and ensures timely grooming of user stories.
• Conducts UAT and monitors feature performance, coordinating with analytics and commercial teams for continuous improvement.
• Resolves production issues and stays updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a bachelor' degree - ideally in computer science, information technology, business management and similar fields
• Must have at least 3 years experience in digital product management, business analyst roles, and the like
• Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Has a passion for mobile, internet, and other emerging technologies
• Usability, Product Management and Design Thinking backgrounds are a plus.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinker with a vision

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
