Primary Responsibilities:
- Gathers business requirements by coordinating with cross-functional teams like Ancillary, Revenue Management, Pricing, Treasury, and IT.
- Analyzes customer needs using surveys, complaints, market/user research, and analytics to enhance digital experiences.
- Collaborates with UX/UI teams to drive digital transformation and improve user experience.
- Works with technical teams (e.g., architects, developers, project managers) to design and deliver new features.
- Creates and manages user stories, ensuring they meet business needs and usability standards.
- Plans and maintains product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and ensures timely grooming of user stories.
- Conducts UAT and monitors feature performance, coordinating with analytics and commercial teams for continuous improvement.
- Resolves production issues and stays updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor' degree - ideally in computer science, information technology, business management and similar fields
- Must have at least 3 years experience in digital product management, business analyst roles, and the like
- Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Has a passion for mobile, internet, and other emerging technologies
- Usability, Product Management and Design Thinking backgrounds are a plus.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
