The Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of wound care, ostomy product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Education: Graduate of a four (4) year Life Sciences or Business-related courses
Experience(s): Minimum of five (5) years marketing or product management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device and consumable
Specific Knowledge & Skills: Wound care and ostomy knowledge is preferred with strong KOLs in this area; analytical, drive for results, and strategic marketing.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute the tactical marketing plans which include launch plans, key selling messages, promotional materials, formulary, pricing strategy, training, CME, and patient programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs and track business performance against objectives and forecasts, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare on point sales forecasts to guide supply chain planning and regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Identify, engage, and develop brand and therapeutic experts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and maintain strong relationships with health care practitioners (HCPs).
- Act as the product expert, supporting customer-facing teams and providing technical and commercial expertise and training.
- Drive customer experience initiatives, ensuring a differentiated brand presence and fostering long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepares and launches line extensions and new products to drive sustainable growth.
