Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and aligning teams around the product's vision, goals and success metrics, to drive impactful business outcomes for the client. The Product Manager will gather insights, perform market and customer research, and perspectives from multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and translate the vision and priorities into Product team work streams and creation of the product/s backlog/s. The Product Manager will work with stakeholders to get buy-in and approval on all major directional decisions for the product.

Knowledgeable on the Agile Manifesto, Inter-team collaboration, Worked with global teams and cross-functional teams, product mindset focus and understanding how to change the language from a high level to a delivery level, focused on process improvement, and process focus, like not being beholden to what Agile says, but iterating and evolving what works with the team.
