Job Responsibilities:


1. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams (internal or external) to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, including real-time betting systems, payment integrations, and gaming features.


2. Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders (casino and sports, marketing, compliance, operations, and customer support) to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.


3. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and user feedback to monitor product performance, identify pain points, and iterate on features to improve engagement and profitability.


4. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors (e.g., payment gateways, odds providers).


5. User Experience: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms, optimizing for conversion and user satisfaction.


6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI-driven personalization) to maintain a competitive edge.


Job Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product role.


2. Proven experience in the iGaming, Sportsbetting, or related online entertainment industries.


3. Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.

- Experience with payment systems, fraud detection, and security protocols in high-transaction environments.


4. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling practices.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or technical certifications (e.g., in gaming compliance or software) are a plus.
