General Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API and Console products, working closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure alignment with the overall B2B strategic goals.
- Drive the lifecycle of our B2B APIs, focusing on world-class developer experience, clear integration documentation, versioning, and scalability.
- Contribute ideas for features and help identify problems to support the product in achieving company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Write clear user stories and detailed specifications to support the design and engineering teams. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring Jira tickets are well-organized and prioritized.
- Participate in Scrum events, assisting in facilitating discussions and team alignment.
- Assist in monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to the team to guide decision-making.
- Help create and update documents, including API integration docs, FAQs, Playbooks, and User Guides.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the API and Console products, clearly communicating updates and performance to all stakeholders
- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs to measure success, guide decision-making, and provide insights to the team and product leadership
- Perform other tasks as assigned or delegated by senior PMs or supervisors.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in a product-related role
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful B2B products.
- Direct experience managing API products, with a strong understanding of API design and software development processes.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Interest in Cryptocurrency, Web3, or TradFi ecosystems and trends is a plus.
- Experience working in remittance, payments, technology or the fintech industry is a plus.
- Demonstrates leadership potential and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Shows empathy for user problems and a willingness to learn from user feedback.
- Basic understanding of Product Management techniques, including User Story writing, Prioritization, and Data Analysis.
- Understanding of financial statements, business models, and revenue streams is a plus.
