Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end management of assigned product(s) — from development, launch, and lifecycle management to phase-out.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to execute go-to-market plans and deliver product performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (sales, market share, profitability) and recommend action plans.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, or repositioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or category management—preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in market analysis, pricing, and product positioning.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with Nielsen or retail audit data is a plus.
