- Lead the creation of innovative culinary products aligned with emerging food trends.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to uphold exceptional standards of creativity and quality.
- Continuously research and stay updated on new culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.
- Manage R&D projects from initial concept to commercialization, ensuring efficient planning and seamless execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for R&D projects, including specifications, processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all R&D activities.
- Review and prepare technical documents and reports related to product development.
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additional certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of R&D experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in culinary innovation, product development, and project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
