Procurement Systems & Analytics Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Commodity Managers in supplier negotiation by preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) files and providing pre-bid and post-bid analysis.
• Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing review to identify potential savings and negotiate for pricing implementation.
• Support Taxonomy Classification review for Vertiv Commodities.
• Creation and distribution of Letter of Authorization (LOA) to implement Vertiv negotiated pricing.
• Manage pricing data base for negotiated prices.
• Provide monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report to Global Commodity Manager (GCM).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline, preferably with an Engineering degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
• At least 2 years experience in Data reporting & Analytics
• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate Knowledge
• Commodity Familiarization - Basic Knowledge
