The Procurement Specialist is a multipurpose role that is integral to ensuring client satisfaction, efficient procurement processes, and effective contract oversight. This individual will manage the entire lifecycle of procurement activities, and client/partner agreements. The role requires a proactive and client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service, streamline procurement, and manage contractual obligations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining a robust supply chain.
  • Pricing and Negotiation:
    • Set markups and pricing structures, negotiate with vendors, and conduct searches for the best pricing.
  • Cloud Services and Licensing:
    • Oversee the procurement of cloud services and licensing for client and internal use.
  • Hardware Ordering and Logistics:
    • Manage hardware ordering processes, including tracking logistics and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Payment Control:
    • Handle payment processes for procured goods and services, ensuring budget adherence and timely transactions.

Employment Requirements

  • Subject to passing a background check.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (A++ level)
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing.
  • Client-facing demeanor; confident in presenting and engaging with clients.
  • Must have experience working in a similar role within an IT company.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
