Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Manage the complete purchasing life cycle, starting from the initial request to final closure. This includes handling requisitions, purchase orders, and finalizing POs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing concerns, conducting thorough research, and providing guidance on procurement issues through the procurement help channel.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal business clients and facilitate efficient communication between suppliers and user departments.
• Evaluate and improve departmental expenditures, suggest procedural enhancements, and supervise credit card reconciliation.
• Develop and execute process improvement projects.
• Undertake extra responsibilities and special projects as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adjusting to evolving needs in a dynamic global setting.
• Familiar with RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, contracts, and business agreements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
