Procurement Officer

Sarisuki is looking for a Procurement Officer to ensure that Sarisuki acquires the necessary goods and services at the best possible prices, in a timely manner, and of the highest quality. This includes managing the procurement process for inventory, supplies, and equipment .The role involves maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints
Responsibilities:

• 
  Supplier Management:
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies in deliveries or products.
• Inventory Management
• Quality Control
• Budget Management
  • Monitor procurement expenditures and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
  • Prepare cost analysis reports and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be based in Tunasan, Muntinlupa
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
