Role Overview:
We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our document processing workflows by reviewing, verifying, and correcting parsed data. This role will be responsible for auditing document extractions, ensuring proper linking of data elements, and identifying errors to improve overall accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Review parsed document data for accuracy and completeness.
Validate and correct data linking between extracted fields and system records.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all document classifications, dates, vendors, and item details are correctly assigned.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine document processing workflows.
Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for document auditing.
Identify and flag patterns of errors to improve AI-powered document parsing and linking processes.
Support onboarding processes by auditing large batches of historical documents for new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in data entry, document processing, or quality control.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with data validation, linking processes, and document auditing.
Ability to follow structured workflows while also applying critical thinking to resolve inconsistencies.
Comfort with using Airtable, Excel, or similar data management tools.
Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial document processing is a plus.
