As a Procurement Coordinator & Data Maintenance, you will:
- Clean up data related to items, including descriptions, item numbers, UPCs, and costing.
- Manage landed cost templates and tax codes.
- Clean up BOM (bill of materials), vendor, and wholesale customer records.
- Create and maintain new items, BOMs, and purchase orders in the system.
- Track and monitor purchase orders and coordinate with internal and external logistics partners.
- Execute RTVs (return to vendors) and gift orders, and update weekly and monthly reports.
Non-negotiables
- 1-3 years of procurement experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Intermediate Excel experience and comfort working with large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the beauty or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
- NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for data accuracy and a collaborative personality.
