Your Role

As a Procurement Coordinator & Data Maintenance, you will:

• Clean up data related to items, including descriptions, item numbers, UPCs, and costing.
• Manage landed cost templates and tax codes.
• Clean up BOM (bill of materials), vendor, and wholesale customer records.
• Create and maintain new items, BOMs, and purchase orders in the system.
• Track and monitor purchase orders and coordinate with internal and external logistics partners.
• Execute RTVs (return to vendors) and gift orders, and update weekly and monthly reports.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1-3 years of procurement experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with major ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, or SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Intermediate Excel experience and comfort working with large amounts of data.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in the beauty or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
• NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for data accuracy and a collaborative personality.
