We’re looking for a detail-oriented Procurement / Buyer with proven experience in product sourcing from China. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers and products from China
Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with vendors
Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards
Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay updated on market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in product sourcing from China (required)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and import processes
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience using sourcing platforms (Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China, etc.)
Mandarin proficiency (a plus, not required)
