Responsibilities : JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY The primary mission of the Procure-to-Record (P2R) Intern is to support the visualization and documentation of business processes within the Procure to Record (P2R) domain using the Enterprise Digital Twin tool. The intern will play a key role in creating accurate, structured, and insightful process diagrams that reflect current operations and support future-state improvements across the Procure-to-Record (P2R) cycle This role is essential in enabling the Procure to Record workstream to better understand, analyze, and optimize their workflows. By collaborating with process owners, technical leads, and specialists, the intern will help translate operational knowledge into clear, standardized digital process models that support compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement In addition to process diagramming, the intern may also assist with:

• Testing and validation of new or updated processes,
• Supporting technical leaders in mock implementations,
• Performing process housekeeping tasks,
• And extending support to the Vendor Invoice Management team in ensuring timely and accurate invoice validation and posting.

The scope of this role may expand to include upstream and downstream activities within the broader P2R process, depending on project needs and the intern’s development COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Strong interest in business process management and digital transformation.
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
Attentive to detail and accuracy
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
Ability to maintain strong and effective working relationships with people across different organizations
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
