Process Technician - Module

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for PLD test maintenance, transient, calibration and GRR, SPC review, follow up activities from process engineers to support test kit abnormal repair, root cause analysis and collect data for engineering report. Support production line for daily test problems, data analysis, troubleshooting, inconformity devices review and confirmation, line audit and abnormal reporting, improvement raising.
• Understand basic product principle and master operating procedures .
• Understand basic test equipment as power meter, multimeter, OSA, etc.
• Support verification for test kit under test engineering instruction.
• Troubleshoot and instruct the rework of failure units. Support setup and daily maintenance of debug tools , test system.
• Handling of RMA units from warehouse to shop floor throughout RMA lifecycle.
• Follow up process engineers’ actions and document reports.
• Provide online technical support and training to junior technician and operators.
  
  

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in BS Electronics/Electrical Technology. Technical school (Include Senior Mid School) graduate or above in optic, semiconductor, electronics, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3 years or above related working experience.
  
  

Skills

• Ability to use Excel, Word and PPT.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Ability to apply statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, SPC, trend chart etc.
• Adaptability, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Continuous Improvement, Professional and Technical Knowledge and Skills, Teamwork and Positive Relationships, Work Standards/Quality/ Details.
