What You'll Do
- Contribute in the development and implementation of sourcing and supplier selection strategy
- Identify and assesses potential opportunities, develop business cases and present recommendations to the organization to build support for sourcing initiatives
- Perform spend analysis of supplier data, organizational spend, project data, and assess total cost ownership to identify savings and general sourcing opportunities
- Build key relationships with both suppliers and the internal teams
- Work closely with suppliers and negotiate the best deals for the company
- Implement supplier agreements/contracts with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
- Full compliance of Procurement activities based on Home Credit Philippines procurement policies and guidelines
- Demonstrate excellent planning, analytical, and detailed oriented Outstanding negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable in category management – Facility Services, Marketing, IT
- With knowledge and experience in any ERP System
