We are looking for a Process Improvement & Data Specialist to join our Global Payments Finance Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to to work with all areas within Global Payments, to lead on process improvements and the production of prompt and accurate reporting, providing invaluable support to managers both here and in the UK. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our ability to capitalize on the latest technologies (AI, Power BI etc) to drive forward improvements in both our processing and reporting capabilities.

What will you do as a Process Improvement & Data Specialist?


As a Process Improvement & Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable support, partnering closely with both Manila and UK Global Payment Teams (covering Accounts Payable, Assessor Payments, Royalties, Payroll, Expenses and Vendor Master Data). Your expertise and insights will guide initiatives to improve current processes and reporting capabilities with a strong focus on creating a self-service model for teams going forward.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive process improvements in finance.
  • Generate KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Create tailored reports for decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with finance teams.
  • Train and develop teams on reporting tools and processes.

  • Works independently and with various departments.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Extensive finance knowledge, especially P2P.
  • Proficient in Concur, SAP, Microsoft Tools, and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience influencing stakeholders.
