About The Role
As the Principal, you will lead the school into the future in partnership with the Local Community Education Board, building on strong foundations to drive sustained, long-term improvement through the department's Partnership Initiative. Embracing Woorabinda's moral imperative of “Whatever it Takes,” you will ensure every child has a champion and every child reaches their full potential. A four-week transitional period with the current Principal will support a smooth and effective commencement in the role.

This role is advertised as Stream 3 Level 4; however, please note that it has been approved as Stream 3 Level 6 until the end of 2026.
Under the current Partnership Initiative special purpose classification uplift, this position has received a top-up to be remunerated as a Level 6. This special purpose classification level uplift arrangement is intended to retain and attract school leaders who can drive improvements in learning and life outcomes through a system wide approach within Partnership Initiative schools and their communities.
