About the role:

• Focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & yield integration ( FE to BE ) , technical & methodologies, and data integration and analysis.
  
  
  

What you will do:

• Establish and drive BE data maturity road map.
• Drive data integration and analysis of large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions & improvement.
• Standardize and establish advanced analytics models, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices.
• Coach and Governance Process Characterization data analyst (input and output correlation checker).
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support task force / crisis.
  
  
  

What will you need:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex analytics projects.
• Extensive experience with data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and/or other analytics platforms.
• Experience in data visualization & statistical tools like Spotfire Power BI, or similar.
• Strong ownership with driving, pushing and executing ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation inside.
