We’re looking for an experienced and creative Principal Artist to join our Art Department and help shape the visual identity of our slot games. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Art Director and act as their second-in-command to ensure consistent quality, direction, and excellence across all game visuals.
This is a remote full-time role, ideal for a seasoned game artist who thrives in collaborative, high-impact environments.
What You’ll Do
Concept & Design
4+ years as a Senior or Principal 2D Game Artist
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent portfolio showing character design, UI, symbols, backgrounds, and in-game assets
Experience Working On Mobile Or Slot Games Preferred
Strong knowledge of Photoshop and digital illustration tools
Familiarity with preparing assets for animation pipelines
Good understanding of storytelling and gameplay aesthetics
Clear, confident communication skills
Bonus Points
Spine Or Other Animation Tool Experience
Knowledge of Figma, Jira, or Unity
Experience in mentoring remote art teams

What You’ll Do
Concept & Design
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Game Designers, and Animators to develop engaging visual concepts
- Create stylized and functional characters, backgrounds, symbols, and UI that match each game’s theme and story
- Produce polished 2D assets ready for animation and development (symbols, UI, backgrounds)
- Organize layered files and ensure asset consistency across the board
- Provide art assets for both gameplay and marketing
- Help define the visual direction for each project
- Align and coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, producers, marketing, etc.)
- Ensure all stakeholders have a clear visual understanding of project goals
- Provide feedback and iterate based on team input
- Guide and support junior and mid-level artists
- Review and approve final assets for quality control
- Help improve the production pipeline and art documentation
